স্কুলে শিক্ষকেরা সারোতে হাজিরা নেন, নম্বর তোলেন, রেজাল্ট শিট বানান। সেই কাজ থেকেই আপনার ড্যাশবোর্ড তৈরি। স্কুলকে আলাদা করে কোনো রিপোর্ট বানাতে হয় না, আপনাকেও চাইতে হয় না।
Teachers take attendance, enter marks and make result sheets in Shaaro. Your dashboard is built from that work. Schools do not prepare separate reports, and you do not have to ask for them.

একাউন্ট পদের নামে, নিজের নামে না।The account belongs to the post, not the person.
কর্মকর্তার একাউন্ট পদের সাথে থাকে। কোড যায় পদের দাপ্তরিক মোবাইলে। বদলি হলে একাউন্ট নতুন কর্মকর্তার কাছে যায়। কেউ নিজে কর্মকর্তা হিসেবে সাইন আপ করতে পারেন না।
An officer account belongs to the post. The code goes to the post's official mobile. On transfer, the account passes to the successor. Nobody can sign up as an officer themselves.
- দাপ্তরিক মোবাইলে আসা লিংকে ট্যাপ করুন।Tap the link sent to the official mobile.
- পিন লিখে ঢুকুন। Google একাউন্ট যুক্ত থাকলে সেটাও চলে।Enter the PIN. A linked Google account works too.
- ড্যাশবোর্ড খুলবে আপনার এলাকা দিয়ে।The dashboard opens on your area.

ওপরে চারটা সংখ্যা, নিচে এলাকা ধরে তালিকা।Four numbers on top, a list by area below.
ওপরে লেখা কোন স্তরে আছেন: সদর দপ্তর / জেলা / উপজেলা। প্রতিটা স্তরের নিজের ঠিকানা আছে, যেমন shaaro.net/zila বা shaaro.net/zila/nodipar। এই লিংক সংরক্ষণ করে রাখলে সরাসরি সেখানে খোলে।
The top line shows your level: HQ / district / upazila. Each level has its own address, such as shaaro.net/zila or shaaro.net/zila/nodipar. Bookmark it to open there directly.
ম্যাপ আর তালিকাMap and list
ম্যাপ চাপলে প্রতিটা উপজেলা একটা টাইল। সবুজ মানে ৭৫%-এর বেশি স্কুল সক্রিয়, ধূসর মানে ৩৫%-এর কম। কোথায় আগে যাওয়া দরকার, এক নজরে বোঝা যায়।
Press Map to see each upazila as a tile. Green means over 75% of schools are active. Grey means under 35%. You can see at a glance where to go first.
স্কুল পর্যন্ত নামাDrilling down to schools
জেলা থেকে উপজেলা, উপজেলা থেকে স্কুল।District to upazila, upazila to school.
- তালিকায় একটা উপজেলার খুলুন চাপুন, বা ম্যাপে টাইলে ট্যাপ করুন।Press Open beside an upazila, or tap its tile on the map.
- উপজেলার সব স্কুল পাশাপাশি আসে: শিক্ষক, সক্রিয়, রেজাল্ট শিট, হাজিরা আর স্মার্ট বোর্ড।Every school in the upazila appears side by side: teachers, active teachers, result sheets, attendance and smart boards.
- ওপরের পথে ট্যাপ করে আগের স্তরে ফিরুন।Tap the path at the top to go back a level.
অস্থায়ী লেখা স্কুলের EIIN নেই বা এখনো মেলানো হয়নি। সারো টিম ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে যাচাই করে। কোনো শিক্ষককে বাদ দেওয়া হয় না।
Schools marked Provisional have no EIIN or are not yet matched. The Shaaro team checks them within 72 hours. No teacher is turned away.
সংখ্যা নামানোExporting
যেকোনো পাতা PDF বা CSV।Any page as PDF or CSV.
যে পাতায় আছেন, নিচের PDF নামান বা CSV চাপুন। PDF-এ এলাকার নাম আর তারিখ থাকে, সভায় দেওয়ার মতো। CSV খোলে Excel-এ।
On any page, press Export PDF or CSV at the bottom. The PDF carries the area name and date, ready for a meeting. The CSV opens in Excel.
স্কুলগুলো উপজেলায় পাঠান চাপলে তাদের অফিস রিপোর্ট (ভর্তি, হাজিরা, রেজাল্ট, উপবৃত্তি) আপনার ড্যাশবোর্ডে আসে।
When a school presses Send to upazila, its office reports (enrolment, attendance, results, stipends) arrive on your dashboard.

স্কুল চাইলে নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য শেয়ার করতে পারে। তা না হলে সারো কখনো শিক্ষার্থী পর্যায়ের তথ্য ওপরে পাঠায় না।
A school can choose to share specific data. Otherwise Shaaro never sends student-level data upward.

A school appears once any of its teachers starts using Shaaro. Without an EIIN it appears as provisional.

স্কুলে কাজ জমা হওয়ার সাথে সাথে। নেট না থাকা স্কুলের কাজ নেট এলে যোগ হয়।
As soon as schools submit work. Work from schools without a signal is added when they reconnect.

একাউন্ট পদের সাথে থাকে, নতুন কর্মকর্তা পান। নতুন পদে আপনার জন্য নতুন লিংক আসে।
The account stays with the post and passes to your successor. A new link arrives for your new post.
