For schools

Everything a school teaches,
kept in one place.

Routine, class diary, homework, assessment, exams, notices and reports. Shaaro keeps what teachers already write on paper, in less time. Attendance, seating and class quizzes come from Paaro, on the same login.

A Paaro account works here. No second role check.

Six jobs, one record

What teachers and offices already do on paper every day. The same work, in less time and fewer registers.

Class diary

Log what was taught in a minute after class. Syllabus progress updates itself.

Homework

Set work, take it on paper or as a photo, mark it with a rubric.

Routine and cover

The routine flags a teacher booked in two places. When someone is on leave, it suggests who can cover.

Assessment and exams

Class quizzes to term exams in one book. Report cards build themselves.

Notices and messages

To the school, a class or one guardian. In the app and by SMS, with phone numbers kept private.

Reports and training

The monthly upazila report fills itself in. Teacher training and certificates in one place.

Who gets what

Everyone sees only their part. Who sees what follows the approvals already made in Paaro.

Teacher

Diary, lessons, homework, gradebook, exams, leave

Head teacher

Routine, cover, syllabus, approvals, reports

Student

Today’s routine, hand-in, materials, results

Guardian

Homework, attendance, results, talk to the teacher

Officer

Upazila or district summary, numbers only, no names

Without internet

Works offline and syncs later. SMS and paper for those without phones

Schools close.
Learning carries on.

When floods, cyclones or heat close a school, the head teacher turns on “school closed”. The routine pauses, homework goes out by SMS and materials open offline.

When it reopens, Paaro’s quiz shows what was lost, and Shaaro puts those chapters back in the routine.

While closed
  • Weekly work by SMS
  • Offline materials
  • Messages to guardians
→reopening
After reopening
  • Paaro quiz finds gaps
  • Catch-up classes
  • Numbers to the upazila
